Dear Mr. McCarter:
Thank you for contacting me to share your views
regarding H.R. 4089, the Sportsmen's Heritage Act of 2012. I appreciate knowing
your thoughts on this issue.
As you may know, H.R. 4089 addresses a variety of
federal policies concerning hunting, wildlife management, and access to federal
lands. Among other things, the bill would protect recreational shooting at
national monuments and prevents the Environmental Protection Agency from
regulating lead ammunition and lead fishing tackle. This bill was passed by the
House of Representatives on April 17, 2012, by a vote of 274 to 146, and sent to
the Senate for consideration.
As a member of the Congressional Sportsmen’s
Caucus, I support efforts on Capitol Hill to promote and protect the rights of
hunters, trappers, and anglers. Please be assured that I will keep your concerns
in mind should this or related legislation be considered by the full
Senate.

Mr. McCain it is hard for me to remain civil with your ilk. You are
truly a politician’s politician.
Who
else but you could can say something and make your position even more abstruse
than before you ever uttered a word. You should join the Democratic party
because that is where you truly belong with your double speak. You’re a RINO as
are so many Republicans now. You are weak kneed and afraid to stand or take
solid position on anything. It appears to me that you will do anything say
anything even go so far as to confuse the issues just so you can keep your
cushy job. Its time for you to get off of the coat tails of your father and
grandfather that you have for so long been riding. You are an American hero for
only as long as you stand by the Christian principles that this great country
is founded on. I don't want to hear or see you back stepping on gay rights or
telling me I have to in any way to do so and for my second amendment rights
they are being trampled on by your ilk as if they mean nothing. I should not be
forced in any way to pay anything or register anytime for any reason for what
are mine and every other persons God given and inalienable rights. I also
served in the armed forces in the U.S. Calvary. I really, really, really want
to know where your balls fell off. I'm pissed at what this congress is doing
and has been doing for years now and you should be too. If I where you I would
hide my face in shame. I would be so embarrassed by what you and your fellow
senators and congressmen have been doing I would fall on my sword just to save
face. Your recent attitude on issues over the last decade have fallen so short
of the American ideal that I was a registered Republican until you ran for
office. After that I was so embarrassed to be associated with your party that I
registered as an independent. My loathing for the Democratic Party is only
rivaled by my abhorrence for the Republican Party. You politicians better get
your game on and fix something instead of making excuses for your incompetence.
How many people do you know in the private sector could do what you nincompoops
do and get away with it. Not for long and that’s for sure. You guys have been
sleeping in your chairs for to long. If I where to do that I would be fired
instantaneously. We are sliding into the cesspool of socialism and you remain
silent as you stand on the side lines and by your silence you are every bit as
responsible as those who stood by and approved of Hitler through their silence.
Is your precious pension so valuable to you that you would sell the American
dream down the river into the most arduous and hideous form of governmental
slavery such as socialism!?
It is the most
insidious and arduous form of governmental slavery. But I guess that’s alright
for you as long as you and your family get your nice slice of the Socialist
pie. There is a revolution coming. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!
